Over six years leading creative for the Cox Communications account, I witnessed, and helped shape, the brand’s evolution from its early humorous tone to a more heartfelt, human-centered approach. One thing that never changed was Cox’s relatability and focus on people. When we relaunched in 2018, the brand’s narrative shifted to highlight technology connecting people, emphasizing human connections above all else. Managing a massive account, we produced 360 campaigns across social, digital, and broadcast, sometimes delivering as many as twenty campaigns a year.
