Ernie Keebler and the rest of the elves have been so busy baking cookies inside the hollow tree that they've missed out on the social media phenomenon. Now Ernie is working hard at figuring it out. He's discovered the Facebook and the Twitter and has been interacting with the world in this whole new way.  The cookie monster, William Shatner, Mr Owl and a Ghost Hunter have been in touch as well as many, many friends, old and new.  Also, sales are up by 14% to date.
